The Court Square Inn is located in the heart of downtown Sparta, Georgia across from Monument Square and the historic Courthouse. It features 8 distinctive one, two and three bedroom suites with private baths and kitchens.

The property has been locally owned an managed by a Sparta resident for more than 20 years and is perfect place for your out-of-town wedding, graduation, funeral and reunion guests. We are also the preferred location for long-term renters such as travelling nurses.

Our NEWLY RENNOVATED rooms feature:

  • fully furnished sleeping areas (choose a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suite)

  • private bath with shower and tub

  • fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchenware and breakfast table)

  • Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

  • You may smoke outside, but smoking inside is strictly prohibited.

  • We do not allow pets inside of the hotel. You will be fined for any damage related to pets or otherwise.

  • Parking is free and we have space for several vehicles on site.

  • We want every guest to feel comfortable and at home, so please:

    • Welcome only registered guests — only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.

    • Use kitchens responsibly — cook carefully and avoid strong odors that may disturb others.

    • Supervise children at all times — ensure they do not damage furnishings or disturb other guests.

    • Handle facilities with care — damages or extra cleaning may result in an additional deposit.
